New Clients
Twin Peaks Veterinary Center encourages you to select a veterinarian who will care for the special furry members of your family as carefully as you would choose a physician for yourself or the human members of your family. Take your time in considering where to take your pet for healthcare, then make an initial appointment to be sure you and your pet feel comfortable and that you are satisfied with the service you receive. We think those things are important. Here are some of the things Twin Peaks Veterinary Center believes you will find when visiting us:
Family-oriented, friendly, compassionate care in a comfortable environment: We support involving your whole family in caring for your pet. We even have a special children’s area in our waiting room so young pet owners can come to appointments with you. We also invite you to observe any and all treatments your pet receives, and welcome questions about the services we recommend.
Trusted, knowledgeable, understandable advice and service: Every visit with our veterinarian starts with a physical exam for your pet followed by a complete explanation of any tests or treatments we recommend, plus an estimate for the cost of those procedures. Treatment of your pet does not begin until all of your questions have been answered, you and the staff have come to an agreement about the procedures you wish performed, and a printed estimate for that treatment plan has been signed.
Client-oriented services: We think veterinary care should be as convenient as possible for you to fit into your busy schedule. Appointments and walk-in urgent care are available during extended evening and weekend hours, and we accept requests for appointments and prescription refills by phone and email. You may even choose to be reminded of your appointment via text message!
High quality, advanced medical care: Twin Peaks Veterinary Center has state-of-the-art diagnostic laboratory equipment on the premises, a fully equipped operating room, onsite digital radiographs, an intensive/critical care unit, and overnight hospitalization when it’s needed. You will receive a printed inventory of all services performed during your visit, and a complete copy of the medical record is forwarded to your regular veterinarian when you are referred to us for urgent care.
We invite you and your family to make an appointment by calling (520)572-8300 or by using the “Making an Appointment” page on this website. Your first visit will move along a bit faster if you download, complete and bring the New Client Form to your first visit. We look forward to meeting your family, and caring for your pet for many years to come.
