We offer a wide variety of services including full grooms, walk-in services, and many of the little extras that keep your pet looking his or her best.
GROOMING PHILOSOPHY
Our personnel are qualified and seasoned professionals with patient, humane and effective animal handling skills. We are attuned to the body language and cues your pet gives us during the grooming procedure. We can assure you that no pet is ever treated inappropriately.
Resistance to the grooming procedure is normal. Quite often, we are challenged with a pet who has had a bad experience at the groomer. At Twin Peaks, we take the time to reestablish a trusting relationship with the utmost kindness and expertise.
If there are too many tangles & mats on your pet they must be clipped down. We know how difficult it can be on your pet to remove matted fur. It is best to bring your pet in before mats occur but we know this is sometimes unavoidable. Dogs with matted fur must be completely groomed. Some dogs and cats will not tolerate mat splitting & removal, and we would prefer not to put your pet through such a painful & stressful experience. Talk to our groomer about other options. If your pet requires sedation for grooming, a visit with the Veterinarian will be required.
Because we are working with live animals and we want to devote enough time to do a good job, we will keep your pet for several hours. To minimize your pet’s stress, please pick your pet up as soon as the groomer calls.
CANCELLATIONS
If you must cancel your appointment, please call as soon as possible so another pet may be schedule for his or her spa day. Thank you!
We highly recommend that you walk & toilet your pets to prepare them for their grooming experience.
SERVICES AND PRICING
Our prices vary depending on the condition of the coat as well as size and behavior of your pet. Our shampoos are the finest available and contain botanical nutrients and antioxidants. We know you’ll be able to see and feel the difference!

Bath & Brush
All clips include a Bath & Brush, which is absolutely necessary to produce a quality haircut.
Includes: Hydro-therapy bath & conditioning rinse, thermo-controlled blow drying , ears cleaned/hair removed, nail trim and anal gland expression, and brush/comb out.

Kennel Clip
Includes: Bath & Brush, plus one length clip all over with your preferred style of head and tail.

Includes: Bath & Brush, plus breed-standard clips, poodles with patterns, etc. Finished with hand scissoring.

CATS
Professional Cat Grooming
Bath and brush starts at $45 and includes a nail trim, ear cleaning, undercoat removal and a sanitary patch if desired.
Full body or “lion cut” starts at $55 and can range up to $100+. Prices depend on your cat’s temperament and the condition of his/her coat.
EXTRAS
We offer many extras in addition to grooming charges – ask your groomer for information about any of these and other services you might require for you pet. (Prices subject to change)
Mat removal & de-shedding $20/hr.
Flea & tick baths $7-$15
Parasite removal $20/hr.
Medicated bath $7-$15
Moisturizing treatment $7-$15

Untrained/Hard to handle dogs are an extra $10 & up (includes puppies)
Excessive Clean-up fee $10 (Example—stress diarrhea that requires re-bathing)

(Please understand this is not a dental cleaning procedure. A dental cleaning procedure requires anesthesia and must be performed by your veterinarian. The purpose of this service is to provide preventative maintenance to help improve your pet’s overall oral health between professional cleanings.)
Foaming facial (included in every groom)
This is a safe and effective tear stain remover, and usually takes a few treatments at weekly intervals. This mild yet concentrated, lightly foaming facial cleanser soothes and balances. It has natural exfoliating activity and is slightly hydrating. The refreshing blend of vanilla and blueberry effectively removes dirt and tear stains, and will not sting eyes.
